She possesses a deep understanding of the international framework and traditional treaties of Intellectual Property. It is important to highlight that she participated in the negotiations of Intellectual Property chapters in various international treaties, such as the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), and the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and Mexico (EU-MX FTA).
